Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Mobily is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position is perfect for a mid-to-senior level candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, have strong strategic planning skills, and excel in people management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 2. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 3. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives 4. Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high performance 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members 8. Implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the customer service team 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. 8+ years of experience in customer service management 3. Strong leadership and communication skills 4. Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions 5. Excellent problem-solving skills 6. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
