Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a mid-to-senior level role requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience and satisfaction. - Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are being met and exceeded. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. - Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and provide coaching and support as needed.


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management. - Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service results. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. - Experience with strategic planning and analysis. - Must be dedicated and energetic. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
