Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer service team to provide exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer experience. 3. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions. 9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations. 6. Emotional intelligence and time management skills. 7. Reliable and motivated individual. 8.
