Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Medina, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 2. Train and supervise customer service representatives to ensure they provide excellent service to customers. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Analyze customer service data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. 7. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of experience in a customer service management role. 2. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 4. Resourceful and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
