Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Al Gosaibi Bros. in Mecca, SA. As a part-time position, this role requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, have strong presentation skills, and be able to provide leadership to a team of remote customer service representatives.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints to ensure timely resolution. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 7 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. Resilient and energetic personality traits.
