Job Description:
Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives and oversee their daily operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and coach customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance - Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Energetic personality and the ability to work independently - Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Experience in people management and team leadership - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
