Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. - Train and supervise customer service representatives. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor customer service metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think creatively and strategically. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
