Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Manager to work from home in Mecca, SA. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service and support for all customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software


Personality Traits: - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful in finding creative solutions to customer issues


Soft Skills: - Strategic planning to drive long-term success - Critical thinking to analyze and solve complex problems
