Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job description:


Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Manager to work from home in Medina, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management and possess strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Lead and mentor a team of remote customer service representatives - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
