Job Description:
United Electronics Company is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to work from home in Jeddah, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve customer service goals. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service skills. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team to drive continuous improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer service management. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
