Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team at Saudi Aramco. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Jeddah, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer service issues and complaints - Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Monitor customer service metrics and report on performance to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills
