Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


National Water Company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Train new customer service team members on company policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and independent individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to cooperate with team members and effectively manage people. 3. 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
