Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our team at Almarai Company, located in Medina, SA. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role. 2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. 6. Must be cooperative and able to work well with others in a team environment.
