Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience. 5. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs. 7. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. 8. Use critical thinking to analyze situations and provide creative solutions to customer problems.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Project management and critical thinking skills. 7. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
