Job Description:
Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Uphold the company's commitment to understanding and empathy in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Confident and driven personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
