Customer Service Officer

Job Description: The Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. The ideal candidate for this position will be independent and motivated, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately - Maintaining customer records and databases - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and providing feedback to management

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning skills - Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and Arabic - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
