Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who possess strong attention to detail and analysis skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner. 4. Processing customer orders and returns. 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and goals.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus. 6. Must have a quiet and private home office setup with reliable internet connection. 7. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
