Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus. 6. Must have a quiet and private home office setup with reliable internet connection. 7. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
