Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a reliable and adaptable Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Work remotely with a high level of autonomy and independence

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software - Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude - Visa sponsorship and the ability to work remotely - Disability insurance and company transportation available
