Customer Service Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team at National Industrialization Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to make improvements - Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers - Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting products and services to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management and project management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
