Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company in Mecca, SA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess qualities such as independence and energy. Strong leadership and decision-making skills are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 3. Processing orders and managing customer accounts. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements as needed. 6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 4. Energetic and customer-focused attitude. 5. Proven leadership and decision-making abilities. 6. Knowledge of customer service best practices. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
