Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team remotely in Medina, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, have strong persuasion skills, and be proficient in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
