Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates must possess a strong work ethic and be reliable individuals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders and payments accurately - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist with inventory management and restocking of products - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Must be hardworking and reliable - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle stressful situations with emotional intelligence - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
