Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

National Water Company is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with orders, billing, and product information - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and disputes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and hardworking attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent project management and negotiation skills - Computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
