Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner - Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person - Processing orders and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Assisting with marketing and promotional activities as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to innovate and problem solve - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in the food and catering industry is a plus
