Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Mecca, SA. This part-time position requires a seniority level of Associate with at least 4 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being resourceful and adaptable, along with soft skills in time management and project management.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
