Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who are looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to best assist customers. 6. Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products and services to customers. 7. Utilize our CRM system to manage customer information and track interactions effectively. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure. 4. Adaptability to changing circumstances and a willingness to learn. 5. Innovative thinking to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Fluency in English and Arabic languages. 7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
