Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong project management and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
