Customer Service Representative

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual - Strong decision-making and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with poise - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
