Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Saudi Binladin Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and work from home in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, possess strong presentation and project management skills, and have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Providing information about our products and services to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Providing feedback on customer trends and issues to management


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection - Saudi Arabian residency
