Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Saudi Airlines. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers. This position is part-time and will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Providing information about flight schedules, fares, policies, and other relevant information - Assisting customers with booking, changing, or cancelling flights - Processing payments and refunds as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to provide excellent customer service - Strong people management and cooperation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
