Customer Service Representative - Work from home

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work from home in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat platforms. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Research customer issues and provide creative solutions to problems. 4. Independently manage and prioritize workload to meet customer needs. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and data in the company's CRM system. 7. Meet and exceed KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. 4. Experience in using CRM systems and customer service software. 5. Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently. 6. Proven research skills and a creative approach to problem-solving. 7.
