Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and helpful manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 3. Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate delivery and invoicing. 4. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 7. Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Passion for helping others and a positive attitude. 7. Ability to adapt to change and embrace new ideas. 8. Must be innovative and willing to take calculated risks to drive growth.
