Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting on products and services. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong teamwork and decision-making skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and solve customer issues. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
