Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Mobily in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and reliable, with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Utilizing time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Time management and organization skills - Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and provide solutions - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
