Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist


Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co. This part-time position will be based in Riyadh, SA and the successful candidate will be at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, innovative, and have leadership qualities.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various remote channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution - Collaborate with internal departments to improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics and goals


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a dedicated home office with reliable internet connection - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
