Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Saudi Aramco is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Motivated individual with the ability to adapt to changing situations - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to negotiate effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
