Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Advanced Petrochemical Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively - Handle escalated customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions - Utilize company resources and tools to accurately track and document customer interactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay informed about products and services to effectively educate customers and promote additional offerings
