Job Description:
Saudi Railways Organization is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and potential customers. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Assisting customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and refunds - Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Providing information on train schedules, routes, and services - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Identifying opportunities for improvement in the customer service process
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace - Team player with a strong sense of collaboration - Motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
