Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately address customer concerns. 3. Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize various software applications to manage customer interactions. 6. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics and performance goals.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service roles. 2. Must be driven and reliable with excellent time management skills. 3. Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
