Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, innovative, and have strong time management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with shipping-related questions, concerns, and issues. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently. 4. Work with other team members to resolve complex customer problems. 5. Identify opportunities for improvements in customer service processes. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 6. Innovative thinking and strong time management skills.
