Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to their satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Assist in identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
