Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking and independent, with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to provide detailed information to customers. 7. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage challenging situations. 3. Strong people management skills along with excellent persuasion abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. A friendly and positive attitude towards customers and team members. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
