Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Saudi Post, a leading postal and courier service provider in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time, entry-level position that can be done remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Effectively troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Educating customers about our products and services. 5. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing feedback to management.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 6. Soft skills in persuasion and innovation. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
