Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Al Tazaj, a leading company in the food industry based in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Providing product information and assistance with orders - Processing returns and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
