Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: Saudi Aramco is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide product demonstrations and training to ensure customers are maximizing the value of our offerings - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Support the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the initial setup and usage of our products and services


Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual who can proactively anticipate and resolve customer needs - Strong adaptability to navigate different customer personalities and preferences - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
