Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Saudi Ceramics in Medina, SA. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Success team in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the product/service offerings. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner. 3. Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Assist in creating and maintaining customer documentation and records. 7. Support the organization of customer events or webinars. 8. Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and persuasion skills as soft skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
