Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a talented and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no experience is required, but we are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement. - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated personality with a passion for customer service. - Strong negotiation skills and creativity to find solutions to customer problems. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. - Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
