Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional support and assistance.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met. 3. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer success.


Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and challenges. 4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
