Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

The National Water Company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback - Conduct research to better understand customer needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Assist in creating customer success strategies and initiatives - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to conduct research and analyze data - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving goals
