Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and dedicated Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Al Hokair Group in Riyadh, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Monitor customer usage and feedback to make recommendations for improvement - Track key metrics and prepare reports on customer success - Assist in organizing and attending customer events, workshops, and training sessions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - People management skills to effectively handle customer relationships - Persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and drive adoption of products/services - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be detail-oriented and organized
